"What Exit? New Jersey and Its Turnpike" explores the Garden State's 118-mile-long superhighway. In this online exhibition, you'll see the history of the Turnpike's construction, explore what it is like to drive on it, and learn the stories of the workers who labor on the Turnpike. "What Exit?" features oral histories, film footage from the Fifties, photographs and more.
